Plum Slate Chippings 40mm

Plum Slate 40mm is a rich, characterful stone that brings depth and warmth to garden features.

 

The 30-55mm plum-coloured slate chips work well in alpine and rock gardens, as well as borders and beds where you want a darker, more natural finish. The colour gives strong contrast against greenery and softens over time as the slate weathers. The flat, angular pieces sit together neatly once laid, helping the stone stay in place while still allowing water to drain through.

 

Supplied in a large bag of approximately 19kg. We recommend laying to a depth of 35mm, which will cover around 0.3m² per large bag. As with all natural slate, colour and size variations will occur, adding to the overall character of the finished area.
