Initiate Your Request
Log into your Homefire account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and protective inserts are included to qualify for a full refund.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping barcodes.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
